Dear PCS Customer:
In 1993, when PCS was celebrating its 10th anniversary, we made what we felt
was a pretty bold statement. We pledged continued support for the Foxboro
Spectrum product line through the year 2010. We were able to make this pledge
to our customers because we knew that our support infrastructure of parts,
upgrades and field service were among the best in the industry, with over 100
years of combined Spectrum knowledge.
True to our original statement, PCS has grown and has continued to introduce
new products and services, but we remain faithful to our customers who continue
to use and enjoy the Spectrum product line. After all, it is our customers who
demand that we Provide Customer Satisfaction and it is our pleasure to do so as
we enter our 24th year of business. Although we originally promised to support
Spectrum through 2010, we are pleased to announce to our customers:
PCS will support the Foxboro Spectrum product line through the
year 2025. This support will include, but is not limited to, site
support, customer training, product repairs, spares and upgrades.
Milestones are meant to be celebrated. As always, we continue to look
